WHAT IS “SMALL CIRCLE” COACHING?
A global pandemic and widespread cultural divides have created world crisis and massive angst in our own daily lives. There’s still so much we don’t know – and all the misinformation leaves us feeling vulnerable and helpless. With a hope to eliminate some of the pain, and get us talking about some solutions – I’ve flipped my Resilient Mindset program into a “small circle” group coaching setting. This small circle is a safe space to openly discuss our current “pain points” as women – from burnout and anxiety, to guilt, self-doubt, and chronic worry. It’s a place you will feel supported, encouraged, AND get equipped with new tools to withstand – I say MASTER – the inevitable seasons of change and challenge we will face throughout our lives. Because when you get armed with – and APPLY – new habits and practices – you can ride out life’s storms with far greater resilience and strength. FOUR RESILIENT MINDSET SESSIONS
INTRO: DISCOVER AND CLARIFY
The program begins with a review of the Resilient Mindset coaching process – the coaching sessions, the work between the calls, and a preview of some of the new steps and tools you’ll actively use during the process! We’ll look at the challenges you’re facing and discuss your goals and ideal outcomes. Then, together we will set up an action plan for what I call your “launch process!”
4 SESSIONS & TOOLS THAT WORK!
Each of our four one-hour sessions highlights key components and lays the groundwork of the Resilient Mindset process. In these sessions, the discussion and “action planning” takes place to walk out practical steps toward your goal. In the “Define & Implement” stage, tools like mind-mapping and time-blocking help you create bite-sized, doable steps to create a comfortable routine and a greater sense of clarity as you begin to actively move toward your new goals.
EXECUTE, EXPERIMENT, ADJUST
While the coaching sessions are where we collaborate and start to implement the steps and intentional action items that will actively move you towards your goal, it’s the time between these sessions – the “X” hours every week – where you will incorporate a few basic but powerful tools into your daily routine, and really begin to see and feel your visions coming into fruition – through “executing, experimenting, and adjusting” stages of our process. Like learning to swim, ride a bike, or play a new sport – the Growth Mindset process is an exciting new experience of trial and practice (and adjust again!) where you will surpise and impress yourself with the strides and the progress you are makign towards your goals!
